The widebody conversion
Due to some unforeseen circumstances, my B6S4 has received a little refresher.
The plan was to do a complete OEM widebody conversion; since the B6/B7 S4/RS4 share the same chassis the parts are somewhat interchangable. Emphasis on somewhat:)
The conversion involves replacing single exterior panel on the car, and then some. I'll be replacing the Oettinger front bumper with the OEM RS4 front, I plan on incorporating the S6 LEDs into the fog light area. This should be easier since it's a little wider. I'll be replacing the S4 blades with B7 A4 doorblades, possibly the RS4 blades...we'll see how fitment is with the A4 blades first. The Kerschner sideskirts will be replaced as well. While I am at it, there is a high probability that I will be installing Ti package trim and doing the B7 console swap. I will also be replacing the 2004 whale tail with a B7 sharkfin.
