This project tries to analyze the problems and opportunities that thernEthiopian floriculture industry encounters by taking the case of fourrnselected companies. The primary data collection methods arernquestionnaire and interview and the secondary data methods are thernInternet, Different books, various related documents journals andrnnewspapers. The paper identified that the major challenges for thernEthiopian floriculture identified that which includes HIV / AIDS concerns, thernLabor and Environmental issues and the increasing price of inputs.rnThe opportunity for the industry includes high Level of support by therngovernment, suitable climatic and natural resources and abundant andrncheap labor resource. Final1y the paper recommends the immediaternimplementation of the code of ethics and improvement in the marketrninformation system among others.
