The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job satisfaction on employees’rnturnover intention in Cooperative Bank of Oromia S.C. The study is conducted using a sequentialrntransformative mixed research approach with descriptive and explanatory research design. Thernprimary date is collected using a self-administered structured questionnaire and interview withrnthe employees of the bank. In addition secondary data is collected from the bank and relatedrnstudies. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regressions.rnThe correlation result revealed that the four job satisfaction factors are negatively andrnsignificantly related to turnover intention of employees’. Among the four job satisfaction factors,rnPay satisfaction is the most predictor to turnover intention of employees’ based on the regressionrnresult. The study recommends that the management of CBO should continuously examine andrnimprove the existing HR policy and procedure on Pay and benefit structure which can guaranteerncontinuous satisfaction of employees of the bank and to keep them retained in the bank
