This thesis attempts to examine the syntactic structuresrnof the noun phrase in Awngi.rnThe paper contains three chapters including the conclusion.rnChapter 1explains the background work of the thesis whichrninvolves a description about the A.gewpeople, the ilgewrnlanguage and its classification, studies on Awngi and thernpurpose of the study.rnChapter 2 discusses the noun phrase in Awngi.
