This paper studied with the objective of assessing the effect of logistics management activities onrnorganizational performance under the five independent variables: Distribution management,rnWarehouse management, Inventory management, Transportation management and Customerrnresponse. Because, most companies had not been able to use effective management of logisticsrnactivities, the result tends to lack of achievement on the mission and this had affected negativelyrnthe performance of most organizations, therefore, In order for the study to be able to answer thernraised hypothesis quantitative data were collected from secondary data. A survey was conductedrnby using census, which is all of 125 individuals who are working in logistics related departmentsrnbut 105 respondents only obtained. The researcher used structured questionnaires to collect data.rnThe relationship has tested using Pearson correlation, and the causal relations analyzed usingrnregression analysis. From the result of the analysis, the researcher concluded that the dependentrnvariables have positive and significant influence on Organizational Performance except that ofrncustomer response management. The study recommended improving the logistics managementrnpractice for a better organization performance
