The purpose of distribution is fundamentally concerned with ensuring that productsrnreach target customers in the most direct, in the right quantity, at the right time, andrncost-efficient manner. Distribution is mainly designed to flow the products through thernbest configuration of the network to fill customers’ demand with minimum total cost.rnMost activities involved in this process include order handling, information processing, rninventory control, storage, and transportation. However, distribution effectiveness inrnsupply chain management is affected by different factors. The main objective of thisrnstudy looked into assessing and identifying challenges that affect the limestonerndistribution effectiveness in supply chain management, the case of the Gudar limernfactory, West Shoa Zone. For this research objective, the study adopted a qualitativernand quantitative method. However, the primary data were collected from 95rnemployees working in Gudar limestone factories, woreda agriculture office, Primaryrncooperative agency, and Kebele administration by using Likert scale type questionerrnas measuring instrument collection of data. Then, the collected data were analyzedrnusing descriptive and inferential statistics. The finding of the study indicated that thernlimestone distribution effectiveness in supply chain management affected by lack ofrncoordination among stakeholders, lack of fulfillment of demand request, lack ofrnsufficient warehouse construction, lack of awareness on inventory and warehousernmanagement, lack of appropriate dispatching procedure; poor transportationrnavailability and carrying capacity, poor road network, and lack of using informationrntechnology for detecting truck location.rnAccording to FGD, Key informant interview and physical observation indicated that thernlimestone distribution from the factory warehouse to the Woreda agriculture office andrnthe cooperative agency was taken as a direct distribution method and implemented byrngovernment organizations. There is no whole sealers or retailer between the factory andrnthe Woreda Agriculture and the cooperative agency.

Subsurface Intelligence & Critical Mineral Exploration

Modern Geology projects now focus on Machine Learning in Mineral Targeting, Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Geologic Modeling, and Critical Mineral Systems (Lithium, REEs). If your research involves Hydrogeological Connectivity, Seismic Inversion, or Geotechnical Site Characterization, ensure your analysis follows the JORC or NI 43-101 reporting standards and utilizes robust 3D Subsurface Visualization and Geochemical Fingerprinting frameworks.
