The purpose of the study was to find out Effect Enterprise resource planning onrnorganizational performance: A Case Study of Ethiopian Airline, Addis Ababa. For the sake ofrnachieving the objectives of the study, the data was gathered through administeredrnquestionnaire from a sample of 232 maintenance repairs and overhaul staffs of Ethiopianrnairline in Addis Ababa and analyzed using statistical analysis such as descriptive andrninferential analysis. The sample respondents were selected by using of convenient samplingrnand Ethiopian Airline in Addis Ababa was by purposive sampling techniques. The study wasrndescriptive and explanatory in nature. As per response of the respondents, the data wasrnanalyzed and presented in aggregate by using IBM SPSS statistics 21 version software bothrnin descriptive and inferential statistics. The major findings of the study indicates, thernenterprise resource planning elements (organizational information management, enterprisernresource planning quality control, customer relationship management and human resourcernmanagement factors) are the variables that influences the organizational performance inrnEthiopian Airline..
