Background: Maternal mortality ratios strongly reflect the overall effectivenessrnof health systems. Many low- income developing countries were suffering fromrnadministrative, inadequate financial investment, cultural influences, lack ofrneducation husbands and wives, lack of skilled health personnel and distance ofrnhealth facilities.
