Nanostructures such as quantum dots (QDs) and QD chains have received signirn cant attention because of their applications in quantum information technologies.rnThis paper presents optical investigations of InGaAs QDs and dotrnchains. The InGaAs samples were grown on a (001) GaAs substrate by Dr.rnHaeyeon Yang using a novel method similar to the Stranski-Krastonov growthrnmethod. Intensity and temperature dependence of the sample photoluminescencern(PL) spectra were obtained through optical excitation and detection.rnThe presence of a PL peak at 1 m suggests the successful creation of QDrnchains. Also outlined is the method for calculating the PL curve-correctingrnfunctions to account for grating e ciencies and a changing reciprocal linearrndispersion in monochromators.

Subsurface Intelligence & Critical Mineral Exploration

Modern Geology projects now focus on Machine Learning in Mineral Targeting, Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Geologic Modeling, and Critical Mineral Systems (Lithium, REEs). If your research involves Hydrogeological Connectivity, Seismic Inversion, or Geotechnical Site Characterization, ensure your analysis follows the JORC or NI 43-101 reporting standards and utilizes robust 3D Subsurface Visualization and Geochemical Fingerprinting frameworks.
