The research was conducted with the main purpose of shedding light on the achievements andrnchallenges of entrepreneurship training centers considering the case of GeniusrnEntrepreneurship Training and Counseling Service. It was hoped that the research outcomesrnbenefit the training centers, trainees, trainers and counselors for the greater improvement.rnThe study employed a survey method so as to get adequate information from the subjects andrnthe primary data was collected using both qualitative and quantitative approach hoping thatrnthey give various information and the result can be more reliable. The instruments utilized torncollect the data were questionnaire and interview. The respondents involved in the study were 2rntrainers and 93 former trainees of GTe.rnThe findings of the study revealed that the general condition of the training center regardingrnthe adequacy of trainers, training room, the training approach and provided materials wasrnperceived by more than 60% of the respondents. Comparing the employment status ofrnrespondents, the number of unemployed and students were reduced after the entrepreneurshiprntraining while the employed and self- employed were increased and they were impacted by therngiven Iraining 10 generate income in creating their own jobs and to maximize their pUlentialsrnby involving in Ihe entrepreneurship activities.rnMore than 70% of the respondents or trainees perceived that they developed the variousrnsuggested characteristics of entrepreneurs. Moreover, more than 75% of them agreed forrnachieving the benefits that are supposed to be gained from the entrepreneurship training. Thesernimplied that the entrepreneurship training could create, release and develop entrepreneurs andrnsatisfy the needs of trainees.
