Accordingly this study pointed out that, dimi nutive consid eration has been givenrnto teachers' retention and there fore, no effort was made to reduce teacher attri tion.rnThe study revealed Ihat among the faclors that contributed to relain teachers in theirrninstitutions are: th e opportunity for further educatiollal advancement, the notion thatrnteaching is betler Ihan other jobs ill benefiting the sociely, wanting the opporlIInity 10 berncrealive, high level of satisfaction by Ihe job itself, and the thinking that leachingrnprovides an opportunily to enjoying with young people.rnFurther lIIore, t-test alld aile way ANOVA of this study reveals that there are significalllrnmean difference between current qualification, age, and experiellce across workrnmotivation factors. On Ihe other hand teachers don 'I differ on faclors of teacher lUi'llrnover and teacher retelltion.
