The ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation culture broth of Phellinus sp. gave two irncompounds identified as3-chloro-4-methoxybenzaldehydeand 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde.rnIrnBoth 3-chloro-4-methoxybenzaldehyde and 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehydeshowed phytotoxic j irnactivity and lethality to brine shrimp ( Artemia salina Leach) but 3,4- jirndimethoxybenzaldehyde showed weaker activity. Both 3-chloro-4-methoxybenzaldehydernand 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde were isolated for the first time from the genus Phellinus.rnThe structures were elucidated by spectral analyses and synthesis. A fatty acid and arntriglyceride were also isolated from the Phellinus sp. grown on rice. !rnThe ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation culture broth of Lentinus velutinus gave risernirnto three compounds of which two were identified as the antibiotic compounds hypnophilinrnJrnand velutinol and the third as the antitumour compound panepoxydon. Velutinol was jrnreported earlier from the culture filtrate of the same fungus, however, hypnophilin andrnpanepoxydon have not hitherto been reported from the genus Lentinus.

Subsurface Intelligence & Critical Mineral Exploration

Modern Geology projects now focus on Machine Learning in Mineral Targeting, Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Geologic Modeling, and Critical Mineral Systems (Lithium, REEs). If your research involves Hydrogeological Connectivity, Seismic Inversion, or Geotechnical Site Characterization, ensure your analysis follows the JORC or NI 43-101 reporting standards and utilizes robust 3D Subsurface Visualization and Geochemical Fingerprinting frameworks.
