Prussian Blue electrochemicaly modified onto a glassy carbon electrode surface tornprepare a chemically modified electrode which acts as a good electrocatalyst for thernreduction of hydrogen peroxide. This study was carried out using different pH ranges (3-rn8) of 0.05M phosphate buffer solution. H2O2 was determined over range of 1 μM- 1 mM .rnDifferent electroanalytic techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse andrnsquare wave voltammetry were used. The result showed that the solution pH affects thernstability of the PB film. The cathodic peak current response for the reduction of 1mMrnH2O2 at pH 8 decreased by 55.7 % compared to the response at pH 3.rnKey words, Glassy carbon electrode, Prussian Blue, Cyclic votammetry (CV),rnDifferential pulse voltammetry (DPV), Square wave voltammetry (SWV), Hydrogenrnperoxide.
