Software Development For Determination Of Bearing Capacity Or Shallow Foundations

Goals of this research have been the development of a user-friendly computerrnprogram for determination of soil bearing capacity for design of sallowrnfoundation. In the hope of achieving these goals a computer program namedrnBEARING has been developed. The program demands small effort from the userrnand provides the user with the ability to determine bearing capacity of soil. Thernanalysis capabilities comprises of uniform soil layer and stratified soil layerrn(with stratification up to five layers).
