The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of USAIOrnand government supported cluster-based in-service teachers' professionalrndevelopment programs of Anoglelana Terra Woreda of North Shewa Zone. Tornthis end, this comparative study was conducted in Charcha and Kottu clusters.rnTo get data from the two clusters, 80 teachers' (40 from each) were selectedrnfrom USAID and government supported clusters. Then, both qualitative andrnquantitative data were collected through questionnaire, interview and observationrninstruments or techniques. The data obtained by questionnaire were analyzedrnmainly by using percentage, mean, chi square and t-test.
