The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing job satisfaction of thernCombined Arms Academy Instructors in the Ministry of National Defense/Educationrnand Training Main Department at thernCombined Arms Academy. To this end, basicrnquestions addressing the issues related to the factors influencing job satisfaction ofrninstructors, implementation process the impacts on productivities on teaching andrnlearning process. The study employed descriptive survey method. The research methodsrnused in the study were quantitative and qualitative approach. Target of population werernall instructors in the CAA, department heads and academy commands were included inrnthe study. The data was collected and administered by means of a structuredrnquestionnaire based on the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). Thernquestionnaire used for the study contained six parts, which were of the Likert-scale type.rnResults from the study were analyzed using frequencies and percentages. The finding ofrnthe study indicated that most of the instructors were disagreed with work environment,rnstudents’ interest towards learning and assignments, observation practice, feedback andrnwith library .The study recommended that developing the capacity of students especiallyrnlanguage and using of technology, salary paid did not meet with their performance whichrnshould need improve for future, the facilities of library need more focus to make valuablernin teaching process. The study however revealed that instructors disagreed with aspectsrnlike their salary, position, library, teaching materials, observation practice andrnperformance of students in the learning.
