The purpose of this education was to Effectiveness of communication practices in secondaryrnschools of MakueyWorada,Gambella Regional State,Ethiopia to thisend,Descrive surveyrndesign was employed.source of data is primary source were Teachers, principals and PTAs,rnWoreda education expert and expert Sampling procedures The study the sample populationrnSample Populationand regional statistic of 2019; Nuer Nation Zone Educational Departmentrn(NNZED) Total Population were 257.terget was a target population of 169 out of this 151rnsample was be distributed, Data presentation,Analysis and Interpretation major findings.rnMoreover,the study was used descriptive method. The approach which was used werernqualitative and quantitative.The study was analyzed by using SPSS software that present piernchart, bar chart and directed frequency . The conclusion of the study was that effectivenessrnof communication practiced in secondary schools of MakueyWoreda ,Gambella RegionalrnState , Ethiopia was found at the medium level and therefore, the researcher understood thatrnof effectiveness communication practice among teachers and principals is ineffective becausernit is in medium/moderate level.The major recommendations areThe Nuer Nation Zonalrneducation Department take action to administer quality of education best on effectivenessrncommunication in secondary schools, MakueyWoreda Education Offices is advised tornorganize short-term training for The school principals on enhancing effective communicationrnin the schools.MakueyWoreda Education Office’s take the actions should be implementedrneducational media, face to face and letter writing in order to bring effective communicationrnin secondary The Schools Principals should use that advised to organize different types ofrncommunication like vertical, horizontal and lateral communication in order to pass messagernto all Teachers, Students, Schools community and others Staffs in the woreda.Principalsrnadvised Teachers, Student and PTAs views on existence of time feedback should be solvernteachers’ problems or complaints that they forward to educational Office’s .SecondaryrnSchools Teacher’s should asking their boss to organize trainings, workshop, SecondaryrnSchools Community (PTAs) advised Principals and Teachers to bring that a differentrnexperience or opinion about the school mission, goals, objectives, values and culture in orderrnto chancing effective communication around schools
