Background: - Job satisfaction of nurses is the most critical factor that affects the outcome of patientrncare. Without job satisfaction, every activity which is done for patients is not attractive. Furthermore icreates a conflict between the health care personnel and patient relatives. Especially nurses are frontrnline just like to such problem.
