In the urban city adoptions of Electrical Cook stoves and disseminates technologies in differentrnareas of Addis Ababa, which have wellbeing, monetary and ecological advantages.rnUnderstanding determinants of 'Electric' Injera Mitad and Cook stove adoption assumes a keyrnrole. The aim of this study was to examine factors that affect households „Electric‟ Injera Mitadrnand Cook stoves adoption decision in Addis Ababa, by using mixed research methods. A datarnstudy was collected using a structured questionnaire. Only the data collection a total 396rnhouseholds that were interviewed respondents households were select using systematic randomrnsampling procedures. The Sub-cities were selected based on expenditure, level of income andrnhead of household based on the criteria of higher, medium and lower level purposively structurerninterviews were also held with a total of 9 key informants. Descriptive statistics and bivariaternrelapse model were used to analyses data gathered using standard questionnaires and figurersrnfrom study were examined through concentrated textual analysis. Results reveal that heads ofrneducation level, monthly income, and marital status, ownership of house and having separaternkitchen were found to be significant and positively correlated with the probability of ElectricrnInjera Mitad and cook stove adoption decision. On contrary, marital status, age and sex head,rnroom number, family size of Electric Injera Mitad and Cook stove were found not to bernsignificant and negatively relation with the probability of Electric Injera Mitad/Cook stovernadoption decision. The majority 87 percent of the sampled households adopted electric injerarnmitad; and 83 percent of the households adopted cook stove. From this situation the adoption ofrnElectric injera Mitads and Cook stoves seems to have similar adoption patterns. Furthermore,rnproviding Access of electric supply in urban settlement and providing within policy and strategyrnto the potential users and producers, and availability of Electric Injera Mitad and Cook stovernproduction sites in close proximity were found to be institutional factors to influence ElectricrnInjera Mitad and Cook stove adoption. The study recommended that Ethiopian Electric ServicesrnUtility and related government sectors look monthly Electric Payment should cost set providingrnservice with in policy and strategy proportional, which helps contribute to adoption ElectricrnInjera Mitad and Cook stove adoption.
