In order tornconvert wind in to energy many technologies are used up to know from small o grid tornlarge wind farm wind turbine.rnHowever, it's di cult to nd cost e ective and durable Micro wind turbine for o gridrnuse to generate electricity in rural part of Ethiopia which is in dark for a long period ofrntime.rnThis study aims to Design And develop Three Small Generators operated Micro WindrnTurbine with production capacity of 2:4KW, to o -grid use for rural part of Ethiopia withrndurability and low cost relatively to current Micro wind turbine.rnPolyvinyl chloride (PVC) is used to manufacture the small wind turbine blade and Threernsmall generator are driven by direct coupled external ring gear with turbine axle. PVCrnblade is manufactured with best twist angle through the radius of blade for better directrnwind contact to get better energy extraction from low wind speed.rnThis Three Small Generators operated Micro Wind Turbine development costs took uprnto 28,885 ETB.rnAt the end of this research is done and commercialized the electricity demand can de-rncrease in o grid users, the electricity coverage can cover rural (remote) area of Ethiopiarnaround 30 Percent of the rural population which is in need of electricity.
