Background: Violence against women is now widely recognized as a serious human right rnviolation, and an important public health problem with considerable consequences onrnphysical, mental, sexual, and reproductive health, with even worse adverse impact onrnpregnant women. However, the volume of information in Ethiopian setting regardingrndomestic violence among pregnant women is rather small. rnObjective: To assess the magnitude of domestic violence and its associated factors amongrnpregnant women attending Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. rnMethods and Materials: A facility-based, cross-sectional study was conducted at GandhirnMemorial Hospital, Addis Ababa. Data was collected via face-to-face interviews using arnstructured questionnaire. Data was entered and analyzed using SPSS version 26. Descriptivernstatistics was used for statistical analysis of baseline characteristics.
