Labor management relations are an important aspect of effective management.rnIncreasingly, unions are becoming proactive in organizing workers. The objective of this paperrnwas to study labor management relation practice in Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. In order tornmeet the objectives of the study, both primary and secondary data have been collected.rnFor the accomplishment of this, the study was employed through descriptive design in whichrnthe selections of the respondents were carried out by using simple random sampling. The datarnwas analyzed by using descriptive statistics and presented in tables. The study findingsrnrevealed that, is unhealthy relation between management and employees. Whereas mostrnrespondents agree that application of collective agreement and unfair labor practice is a causernof the conflict. And the employees have good working condition in CBE and the presence ofrnlabor-management conflict in CBE is supported by the majority of the respondents
