The main purpose of this research is to identify the major Determinants of Employee turnoverrnintention in Ethiopian revenues and customs authority which is the critical and coasty to thernorganization for the replacement of employees and the routine tasks for the HR So this researchrnpaper was done by taking 6 variables and referring different literatures on determinants ofrnemployee turnover intention. These seven independent variable with total of 35 questionnairesrnThe researcher used a purposive sampling method to identify and determine the sample size ofrnthe thesis based on the participant of the research was from 5 branches of Ethiopian revenues andrncustoms authority with total population 5,914 among those employees the size of participant inrnthis research was determine by using Cochran’s sample size formula so the participant becomern361 employees the detail of participant present on page 26 of the paper.. In order to analyze therncollected data SPSS version 21 and regression analysis was employed. The resultrnshows that ERCA was with high employee turnover intention with most of the independentrnvariables presented in this research. Therefore, recommendations for managements of thernorganization include designing better salary and benefit packagers for optimal employeernengagement. Similarly, attention to the work environment with the purpose of developing anrnenriching and supportive workplace environment will likely help reduce turnover intention ofrnorganization
