B symptoms occurred in 63% .71% had anrnadvanced stage, 25% had bulky disease. Mixed Cellularity was the most common histologicalrnsubtype (52%). Initial therapy outcomes were complete response, progressive disease, partialrnresponse, and in 84%, 8%, and 7% of patients, respectively. The mean follow up patients fromrnpatient records was 12 months, from phone interviews 36 months. The 5 year overall survivalrn(OS) 81%., and progression free survival (PFS) was and 70%.Multivariate analysis showed thatrntreatment discontinuation was independently associated with death. rn rnConclusion: rnHodgkin’s Lymphoma follows epidemiological and clinical features of developing countries atrnour center.
