The aim of this thesis is to examine the effect of internal integration on pharmaceutical supplyrnchain performance at EPSA. This thesis conceptualizes three dimensions of internal integrationrn(information integration, coordination and resource sharing and organizational relationshiprnlinkage) and examines the relationships among internal integration dimensions and supply chainrnperformance. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire which was administratedrnto a total 114 employees using a census method. Statistical techniques such as descriptivernstatistics, correlation, and multiple regressions were employed to analyze the data. Measuredrnfrom the three dimensions of internal integration, it can be concluded that the current level ofrninternal integration of the company is low. The company has relatively better informationrnintegration, but it is weak in terms of coordination and resource sharing and organizationalrnrelationship linkage. The result of the analysis also proved that there is moderate positive andrnsignificant relationship between internal integration and supply chain performance. The resultsrnalso indicated that coordination and resource sharing had the highest positive effect on supplyrnchain performance, followed by information integration and organizational relationship linkage.rnTherefore, for improving supply chain performance, the study recommends improving the threerncomponents of internal integration together as they are interrelated
