Background: Client satisfaction is an important factor for the health care delivery service asrnwell as a measure of its quality in both public and private hospitals. Clients are often vulnerablernand anxious when they need to use hospitals. However, inadequate information of labour andrndelivery service may result client dissatisfaction. rnObjective: The aim of the study is to determine level of client satisfaction towards labour andrndelivery services at public and private hospitals in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, 2019 GC. rnMethods: Institution based cross sectional study was conducted from April17-may 17, 2019.rnSystematic random sampling method was used to select 422 postpartum mothers from 8 privaternand 3public hospital.
