Descriptive survey method was used to assess and analyze the differentrnpractices that are being made in the institution.rnAccording to the analysis of the finding s, there is a gap between the programs beingrnoffered and the organizational and individual interest over the program s. ResearchrnI consultancy, students compliant about academic performance and passive participationrnin the university's affairs are some of the observed problems in the university. Based onrnthe findings the research for warded some recommendations.
