Exploring factors of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction ofrnteachers of private university college located in Addis Ababa wasrnthe purpose of this study. data were collected through jobrnsatisfaction survey involving 48 permanent teachers of Admas ,rnRoyal and Saint Mary university colleges . this study obtainedrnthat pay , promotion , contingent rewards and fringe benefits werernfound to be source of job dissatisfaction whereas supervisions ,rnco-workers relationships , nature of work , operating proceduresrnand communications were sources of job satisfaction. a duernattention should be given by college administrators to increaserntheir teachers ' job satisfaction through offering comparab l e andrnattractive salary , fringe benefits , contingent rewards andrnopportunities for growth and development.
