The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of warehouse management in Save the ChildrenrnGambella Emergency Office. The study is a descriptive type which utilized quantitative and qualitativerndata. Both primary and secondary data were collected for this study. Primary data were collected withrnquestionnaires, semi-structured interview and observation. As the number of employees in the office isrnbelow 100, the researcher of the study included the whole population in the study. A total of 77rnquestionnaires were distributed to employees and thanks to their collegial support, 74 of it were filledrnand returned. Frequency tables, percentages, mean and standard deviation were used to analyze therndata with the application of SPSS 21. The finding of the study showed that Save the Children GambellarnEmergency Office have major gaps in inventory control, materials handling, record keeping andrnapplication of information technology for warehouse services. The quality inspection practices of thernwarehouse have shown relatively higher rating than the other four factors mentioned above.rnKey Words: Warehouse, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control
