Since supply chain management is currently used as a computation tool between businesses, thisrnresearch was conduct to assess the impact of supply chain management practice onrnorganizational performance on the case company Horizon Addis tyre S.C. To conduct thisrnresearch the research has three objectives these are to investigate the supply chain managementrnpractice of horizon Addis Tyre S.C ,To assess the impact of supply chain management practicernon the case company’s performance and To identify factors that need to be considered tornimprove the organization’s performance in relation to supply chain management and supplyrnchain management was constructed by five constructs namely strategic supplier partnership,rncustomer relation ,level of information sharing, quality of information sharing and internal leanrnpractice .The research is descriptive in its type the data was collected by distributing questionerrnto the employees of the company by using purposive sampling technique .The data was analyzedrnusing frequency ,mean ,Pearson correlation and regression and the findings was presented byrntable and the major findings was that the case company implements almost all supply chainrnpractice in great extent and one of them in moderate extent, from the finding supply chainrnmanagement have positive relationship with organizational performance. This research is onlyrnon the case of Horizon Addis tyre S.C and future research should consider other businessrganizationsrnKey words: supply chain management,organizational performance
