Effective supply chain management (SCM) has become a potentially valuable wayrnof securing competitive advantage through enhancing operational and improvingrnorganizationalrnperformancesrnsincerncompetitionrnisrnnornlongerrnbetweenrnorganizations, but among supply chains. This research conceptualizes andrndevelops five dimensions of SCM practice (strategic supplier partnership,rncustomer relationship, level of information sharing, quality of information sharing,rnand internal lean practices) and tests the relationships between SCM practices,rnoperational performance, and organizational performance. The data for the studyrnwas collected from 80 employees of Yes Natural Spring Water. The relationshipsrnproposed in the framework were tested using Pearson correlation, and the causalrnrelations were analyzed using regression analysis. From the result of the analysisrnit is concluded that there is strong relationship between SCM practices,rnoperational performance and organizational performance. Besides, SCM practicesrnhave an influence both on operational performance and organizationalrnperformance. On the other hand, operational performance has also an influence onrnorganizational performance. Therefore, inorder to achieve advancement inrnmarketing and financial performance in the long-run throughenhancingrnorganizational performance, it is better for the organization to give due emphasisrnto the constructs of SCM practices and the measures of operational performancernKeyword: supply chain management, operational performance, organizationalrnperformance
