The main objective of the study is to assess the corporate social responsibility practice ofrnaddis modjo edible oil company and suggest possible solutions that contribute to thernbetterment of the company’s corporate social responsibility practice. To achieve thisrnobjective, the primary data was collected by questionnaire survey, interview andrnSecondary data was collected from the company’s documentation. The collected data werernanalyzed by descriptive statistics method (mean and standard deviation). The population ofrnthe study was defined as the company’s customers, the company’s logistics and supplyrnchain department employees; the company’s logistics supply chain manager.rnFrom this population a total 0f 200 customers, 10 employees and were considered in thernquestionnaire and 1 manager for the interview.rnThe findings reveal that the corporate social responsibility practice of addis modjo isrnweak. The results indicate that if the company increase its corporate social responsibilityrnpractices it will increase its sustainability in the business.rnKey words: corporate social responsibility, edible oil
