This study was conducted with the general objective of assessing functional limitations andrnassociated factors among Amanuel Specialized Mental Hospital outpatients with majorrndepressive disorder (MDD), schizophrenia (SCH) and bipolar disorder (BPD. Participants werernselected using stratified random sampling, mainly lottery method. Data was collected by sixrnpsychiatry nurse students using WHODAS-2.0 questionnaire. Data was analyzed by descriptivernstatistics, univariate one way ANOVA, and standard multiple regression. The WHODAS-2.0 totalrnmean score of MDD, SCH and BP outpatients was M=42.42, SD=12.09; M=32.03, SD= 12;rnM=26.03, SD= 8.02, respectively.
