Background: - Accurate and rapid detection of multi drug resistance Tuberculois(MDR-TB) isrncritical. Evaluating Genotype MTBDRplus VER 2.0 offer opportunity to scale up drugrnsusceptibility testing (DST) capacity in Ethiopia.rnObjective: - The aim of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic performance of GenotypernMTBDRplus VER 2.0 for the detection of MDR-TB in sputum samples referred to National TBrnReference Laboratory (NTRL) at Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI).rnMethod and Design: - A cross sectional study was conducted from April to August, 2015 onrnpresumptive MDR-TB patients. Analysis of 72 smear positive and 197 smear negative sputumrnsamples was done with Genotype MTBDRplus VER 2.0 assay and compared with the reference,rnMGIT 960 culture and DST. Sensitivity, specificity, PPV and NPV of the assay was calculated, rncomparing the results with the reference method and results was interpreted based on 95%rnconfidence interval, statistical significant was taken at p-value

Subsurface Intelligence & Critical Mineral Exploration

Modern Geology projects now focus on Machine Learning in Mineral Targeting, Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Geologic Modeling, and Critical Mineral Systems (Lithium, REEs). If your research involves Hydrogeological Connectivity, Seismic Inversion, or Geotechnical Site Characterization, ensure your analysis follows the JORC or NI 43-101 reporting standards and utilizes robust 3D Subsurface Visualization and Geochemical Fingerprinting frameworks.
