In this paper we study the Landau number arising within the relativistic dynamicsrnof a neutral particle which possesses a permanent magnetic dipole moment interactingrnwith an external electric eld in the curved spacetime background. Therneigenfunction and eigenvalues of the Hamiltonian are obtained. We show that thernpresence of the torsion eld breaks the in nite degeneracy of the Landau levelsrnarising in this system
