Photovoltaic device based on blend of alternating polyrnuorene green-6 (APFO Green-rn6) and [6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester(PCBM) in a sandwich structure ofrnITO/PEDOT-PSS/APFO Green-6:PCBM/Al was fabricated. The device was characterizedrnby analyzing the current density-voltage measurements under dark andrnillumination as well as by impedance spectroscopy. The observed J-V curve underrndark agree well with the trap-controlled space charge limited transport theory. Thernmain solar cell parameters recorded at room temperature under 80mA/cm2 whiternlight intensity are: VOC = 547mV, JSC = 0.314mA/cm2, with power conversion ef-rn ciency 0.107 %, and ll factor, of 0.5. The complex impedance analysis exhibits arnbias voltage dependent whose Cole-Cole plot is a single semicircle. This is modelledrnby one parallel RC circuit, usually obtained from metal-semiconductor(MS) device

Subsurface Intelligence & Critical Mineral Exploration

Modern Geology projects now focus on Machine Learning in Mineral Targeting, Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Geologic Modeling, and Critical Mineral Systems (Lithium, REEs). If your research involves Hydrogeological Connectivity, Seismic Inversion, or Geotechnical Site Characterization, ensure your analysis follows the JORC or NI 43-101 reporting standards and utilizes robust 3D Subsurface Visualization and Geochemical Fingerprinting frameworks.
