Medical therapy of HF has become increasinglyrncomplex which make HF patients are at high risk for developing drug therapy problemsrn(DTPs) and medication non-adherent. This study aimed to assess the impact of MTMrnintervention on DTPs, medication adherence, and treatment satisfaction amongrnambulatory HF patients. A quasi-experimental study was conducted among 423 HFrnpatients. Cipolle et al. DTP classification schemes used to classify DTPs. Medicationrnadherence was determined using the eight-item Morisky medication adherence scale, andrndrug-drug interactions were assessed using Micromedex drug interaction checkers. Therndata were entered in Epidata version 4.2.0 and analyzed using SPSS version 25.0rnstatistical software.
