Neutrinos participate in charged current reactions which are mediated by W bosons andrnin neutral current reactions mediated by Z0 bosons. The latter process allowed us to countrnthe number of light neutrino species that have the usual electroweak interaction. In thisrnwork we examine electron-positron pair production with neutrinos in an intense laser eldrnthrough the process -ve-e+. We rst review GWS model for electroweak interactionsrnand the process -v1e+ which proceeds through neutral channel. We also treat thisrnprocess through charged channel. Of course the process through the charged channel isrnrelevant only for electron neutrino. A detailed calculation of these processes is carriedrnout. For the charged current reaction the rate of electron-positron pair production isrncalculated, using the same procedure we do for the reaction through the neutral channel.rnFinally a tabulation of the rate of production for di erent neutrino energies is presentedrnfor the neutral current reaction. We also present graphs to show the variation of rate withrnthe number of photons extracted from the laser eld to run the reaction
