The aim of this research project (thesis) is to develop an understanding of the theoreticalrnbasis and practical implementation of stakeholder management in AAHDPO and to identify thernchallenges are there in managing stakeholder at Bole Arrabesa. A literature reviews on the topicrnrelated to the stakeholder management was conducted. A survey questionnaire was carried outrnamong professionals in the AAHDPO. (55) questionnaires were distributed to HDPO,rnConsultant and Contractor and (45) questionnaire were collected. In AAHDPO personal pastrnexperience is the most effective approach to analysis stakeholders needs and concern. Engagingrnstakeholder in AAHDPO the workshop is the most effective method. The compromising strategy,rninfluence strategy, and adaptation strategy are effective in response to the stakeholder‟s claims.rnThe major success factors that influence stakeholder management process in AAHDPO at BolernArrabesa are implementing the strategy based on schedule plan, Ensuring effectiverncommunication between the project and its stakeholder, and determine the stakeholderrnknowledge. Effectively practiced the stakeholder management in AAHDPO at Bole Arrabesa willrnfacilitate project success. One of the main recommendations of this research is the AAHDPOrnproject managers should be aware of the stakeholder management process to managernstakeholders effectively. So, they have to keep communication with stakeholders and buildrnrelationship based on the mutual trust, in the same time to involve them in the decision makingrnaccording to their interest issue.
