Project Integration Management is the only knowledge are, among the ten identified by thernproject management institute, that focuses on smoothing of the overall project processes andrnchecking the level of agreement between all the other knowledge areas, project processes andrndeliverables. It is indeed the only area that has processes in all the project lifecycles. Most of itsrnprocesses are mapped to be in the project execution and project monitoring and controllingrncycles. The project study focuses on assessing relative application of project integrationrnmanagement during project execution and project monitoring and controlling life cycles fromrnproject team perspectives. The project study is conducted taking a real case application area inrnone of the public industrial projects, Kilinto Pharmaceutical Industrial Park through employingrncensus sampling due to limited number of project participants. Having collected both primaryrnand secondary data, the study employed a mixed research approach and used the StatisticalrnPackage for Social Sciences (SPSS) for data analysis. A very good reliability test is observed onrnthe collected data. Factors with Eigenvalue of 1 and more extracted applying 0.5 factor loading.rnIt is basically observed that project integration management is perceived as the most importantrnarea in delivering a successful project overall and applied accordingly. There are few occasionsrnduring the project lifecycle where integration management is thought to have less significancernthan other knowledge areas like project scope management and project risk management. Inrnaddition, it is specifically identified in the results that two components, components having 11rnextracted items (factors) represent most of the variance explained. As a result, it is concluded,rnthe project implementing team should focus mainly on the two components in times of priorityrnand then on the other two components which explains lower proportion of the variance havingrnseven extracted items. Depending solely on findings of the project study, recommendations arernforwarded both to the project organization and the project team. Potential Future Researchrnareas of the project lifecycles, integration management in all project phases and assessingrnproject integration management impact are forwarded.
