Good Governance Practices In The Training And Academic Institutions Of The Ethiopian Ministry Of National Defense The Case Of Selected Colleges.

Taking the importance of good governance in to consideration in a country like Ethiopia, thernresearcher conducted his research on the title of assessing good governance practices in thernministry of national defense education and training main department with the reference ofrnthree selected colleges.rnThe main objective of this study was to assess the application of good governance,rnsatisfaction of the customers and the challenges that occurred during the implementation ofrngood governance in the colleges. The researcher used descriptive survey study to conductrnthis research and the data were collected through the instruments of questionnaire, interviewrnand document review and then the data which were collected through these methods werernanalyzed. Based on the analysis conducted using five core elements of good governancernnamely accountability, transparency, equity, effectiveness and efficiency and customerrnparticipation, the strong and weak aspect of implementation of good governance werernobserved.
