Among the 385 high risk mothers;rnpregnancy related diseases 42%, malpresentation andrnmalposi tion 30 . 6% and age 18.7% and non - pregnancyrnrelated diseases 9.6% were the main risk factorsrnidentified. Fifty six percent were having only one typernof risk factor, 13.3% two and 30.4% three or more riskrnfactor.rn318 (42%) developed bad outcomes. Among these, 225rn( 71%) were identified as high risks during antenatalrnvisit.rnAmong the listed risk factors, current pregnancyrnrelated diseases (LR+6. 89, PVP 77.8%) , non-pregnancyrnrelated diseases (LR+ 5.53, PVP 73.5%), and malpositionrn(LR + 4.76, PVP 71 . 2%) were found to have betterrndiscriminator and predictive powers of bad outcomes bothrnin parous and nulliparous women.rnviirnH~~ight in nulliparous (LR + 3.20, pvp 70 . :
