Background: Occupational injury is unintentional physical damage resulting fromrnaccident while at work. Studies in developing countries indicated that occupationalrninjury due to unsafe working conditions is increasing. There existed limited data onrnoccupational injury among textile factory workers using improved technology inrnEthiopia.rnMethods: Institution-based cross-sectional study was conducted among workers ofrnAyka Addis Textile factory from February 20-30, 2019 in Sebeta town. Stratifiedrnsampling followed by simple random sampling technique was used to select 382rnparticipants. Data were collected via face to face interview using structuredrnquestionnaire and observational checklist.
