Public Private Partnership (PPP) has become increasingly popular among governments asrnalternative procurement method and effective public sector financing. Though this approach isrnwell known around the world, few studies revealed that its application in Ethiopia is limited.rnHowever, in recent time the Government of Ethiopia is giving due attention to PPP both as arnmeans of financing and provision of public goods. This research examined the perception ofrnstakeholders on 19 success factors of PPP which are extracted from internationally acceptedrnand published literatures. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic occurred in Ethiopia, anrnonline questionnaire survey using Google Form was employed to assess the perception ofrnstakeholders on these factors. The researcher tried to strengthen the quantitative data withrnqualitative data just to make use of the benefit of method triangulation. Institutions included inrnthis study were selected through the list obtained from the Ministry of Finance PPP DirectoraternGeneral (PPP DG) and respondents were selected using criteria that they should possess arnhands-on experience in PPP related issues. Each respondents were requested to express theirrnlevel of agreement on the success factors using Likert Scale. The data collected from thernrespondents were analyzed using IMB SPSS for Windows, Version 23.0.
