In the case of diverse Ethiopian society, the issue of managing campus diversity is not simplerntask for higher education administrators and government. The current study examines the extentrnor the degree of the existence of religiosity, ethnocentrism and intergroup relation among BongarnCollege of Teacher Education students using descriptive and correlation design. Moreover, therninterrelationship among the main variables and the impact of the demographic variables such asrngender and students‘ year level on the main variables is also the focus of this study. The samplernsize of the study is 312 taken from 1500 college students‘ population through stratified andrnsimple random sampling techniques using students‘ year level and gender as strata. The datarngathering instrument is self administered questionnaire that contains demographic questions, rnintrinsic and extrinsic religiosity measuring scale, ethnocentric attitude measuring scale andrnIntergroup relation measuring scale. The reliability Cronbach alpha of intrinsic religiosity itemrnis , for extrinsic religiosity item is , for ethnocentrism item isrnand for intergroup relation item is . The data analysis techniques that were used in thisrnstudy are descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson product momentrncorrelation coefficient and stepwise regression techniques. The main findings of this study arernthat the majority of the participants are found to be highly religious with high intrinsic religiosityrnand low extrinsic religiosity; the majority of the participants have low level of ethnocentrism andrnhigh level of intergroup relation. General religiosity is found to be significantly positivelyrncorrelated with intergroup relation and negatively correlated with ethnocentrism. Ethnocentrismrnis found to be significantly negatively related with intergroup relation. Moreover, intrinsicrnreligiosity is significantly positively related with intergroup relation and extrinsic religiosity isrnsignificantly positively related with ethnocentrism. General religiosity, intrinsic religiosity, rnextrinsic religiosity and ethnocentrism are found to be significant predictors of intergrouprnrelation. Among the demographic variables student‘s year level were found to affect intergrouprnrelation.
