Determinats Of Dropping Out From Schools In Ethiopia

Dropping out has been ethiopia's problem since the enseption of modern in 1906 but litle is known about the underline causal factors that lead student to dropping out of school. In this study, the effects of extemal factors that are not directly related to the schoolsystem on dropping out were examined. the the sample consisted of 7636 students in the age grup 5-24 who were enrolled in primary and scondary school of ethiopia during the 1994/95acadamicyear.
