Sorghum genotypes were screened for resistance to Sporiosorium sorghi in the screenhouse and in the field. Scrccnhousc trials showed ICSV 2 and 1CSV 1049 to have considerable resistance while ICSV 1002 was completely immune. Field trials in 1994 and 1995 confirmed them to be resistant.
