This work titled: STUDY AND ANALYSIS OF EULOGY IN THEPOEMS OF SHAIKH ADAM ABDURRAHMAN (CHINDO), Thework aimed at discovering literary aesthetics and values from ArabicEulogy poems of an Arabic poet. The research comprises five chapters.Chapter one covers the introductory part as statement of the problem,significance of the research, aims and objective, scope and limitation,methodology and review of some related literature. Chapter two of theresearch covers the biography of the poet and the impact of hisenvironment on his literary works socially and intellectually, the chapterenumerates some of his literary works. Chapter three dwelt on the studyof praise poems and focused on the literary analysis of the poems.Chapter Four highlighted the artistic potential of the poem. Chapter Fiveis the conclusion and summary of the research work with somerecommendations. It is hoped that the work will boost further research inthe tremendous Arabic literary legacies of our indigenous scholars
