Evaluation Of Parthenium Hysterophorus L. Powder Against Callosobruchus Chinensis L. (coleoptera Bruchidae) On Chickpea Under Laboratory Condition

The present study was undertaken to investigate the insecticidal properties of Partheniumrnhysterophorus against C. chinensis in the laboratory under ambient condition. Leaf,rnInflorescence and stem powders were prepared and for each powder, four doses i.e. 0.5g,rn1g, 1.5g and 2g per 50g chickpea seeds were separately mixed and tested for 24, 48, 72rnand 96h.
