Singular Fermi Liquid Low Energy Collective Fluctuation

Landau’s Fermi liquid theory is analyzed theoretically. The explanation for singularityrnwhich arise due to break-down of the theory in one dimension is considered. Inrnparticular , the low energy collective fluctuations is emphasized by using the methodrnof static and dynamic screening. The transverse conductivity is deduced by makingrnthe use of macroscopic transport equation taking in-to account electron-electronrninteraction
